State Government Facility Buildout

As an approved OGS Preferred Contractor, we completed the full buildout of a 200,000-square-foot facility for the Office of the Inspector General and an additional 20,000-square-foot space for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Scope included installation of metered electrical systems, VAV HVAC units, private offices, courtrooms, and custom millwork. The project was delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full regulatory compliance.
